Refurbishment of 111-119 High Street, Perth
Callidus Design Limited were appointed by Craigrossie Properties (No.1) Ltd to provide the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Design associated with the refurbishment and letting of the former Woolworths store at 111-119 High Street, Perth.
The building, originally constructed in 1967, has been vacant since shortly after Woolworths was put into receivership in November 2008. Craigrossie Properties have engaged the services of a complete design team to strip out all of the internal fabric and services in preparation for occupation by the new tenants.
Callidus Design were responsible for identifying the requirements for the stripout of the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services and incoming Utilities. CDL were also responsible for liaising with the utility supply authorities to prepare the new services for the incoming tenants.
